At Van Rysel, we are committed to delivering high-performance bikes and components designed for passionate riders. Our warranty policy ensures your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects, with clear terms for what’s covered, how long it’s covered, and how to get support.
Warranty Coverage
All Van Rysel products are covered under a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to:
- Products purchased directly from our official website, VanRyselUS.com

Products purchased from authorized U.S. retailers (warranty requests should go through the retailer)
- Warranty details for each product can be found under the “Product Info” section on the product detail page.
Keep your original proof of purchase, as it is required to make a claim.

*Wear items include brake pads, chains, tires, tubes, grips, bar tape, chainrings, cassettes, bearings, and similar consumables.

Normal wear and tear

Damage from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abuse

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Cosmetic damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers

Damage during shipping or handling not authorized by Van Rysel
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If You Purchased from a U.S. Retailer:
Please contact the retailer where you made the purchase. They are responsible for initiating the warranty process.
If You Purchased from VanRyselUS.com:

You will receive a response within 48 business hours with next steps.
Next Steps
If inspection is required, we may request you to ship the item to us. If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Van Rysel may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the product with the same or equivalent model

Issue a refund or store credit if a replacement is unavailable
Note: Returned products must be clean. Items received in unsanitary condition will be returned without processing the claim.
Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for shipping products to Van Rysel for inspection or service.

Van Rysel will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement products.
Limitations and Legal Rights
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Van Rysel and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Van Rysel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business, personal injury, or other losses resulting from a defective product, except where prohibited by law.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages. In such cases, this warranty applies to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
