Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Timelines & Estimated Delivery

We ship all orders the next business day after they’re placed.

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the following business day
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship on Monday

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window based on your location.
For example: order Tuesday → ships Wednesday → 3-day delivery = arrives Friday.

Delivery Estimates:

  • California: 2–4 business days
  • Other U.S. states: 3–7 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delays due to weather or carrier issues may impact delivery. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.


Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, your bike will ship as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Once it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window based on standard shipping timelines—this estimate applies after the product ships, not before.

Estimated product arrival dates are listed on the product page and may be updated as needed. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.


Shipping Cost

All Van Rysel bikes ship for a flat rate of $99.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).


Shipping Availability

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • P.O. boxes


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered, Van Rysel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier or file a claim. Need help? Reach out to customer.service@vanryselus.com


Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your Van Rysel bike isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unassembled, and in original condition.


What Can Be Returned

  • Bikes purchased directly from VanRyselUS.com
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In new, unassembled condition
  • Includes all original packaging and components


Important Return Conditions

  • Bikes showing signs of assembly, use, or wear may incur up to a 15% restocking fee
  • Damaged, incomplete, or modified bikes cannot be returned
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns are evaluated within 3–5 business days of arriving at our facility
  • If a restocking fee applies, you’ll be notified before your refund is processed
  • You may choose to have the bike returned to you (shipping at your cost)


Bike Arrived Damaged?

If your bike was damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email customer.service@vanryselus.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Items Purchased Elsewhere

Bikes purchased from third-party retailers or other Decathlon websites cannot be returned through VanRyselUS.com. Please contact the original retailer directly.
